Our Mission

DCFM Construction was founded on a simple idea: developers and business owners deserve a general contractor who is honest about costs before a contract is signed, stays accountable through every phase of a project, and never hands a project off to someone who wasn’t part of the original conversation.

Devin Fitzgerald and Ervin Raymundo built DCFM from the ground-up after more than 15 years of field experience. Their boots-on-ground experience helped them learn what great construction management looks like and ended up shaping every part of how we operate.
